What we process, and why

Appointment requests and booking data

We use the Bokko booking system to manage appointment requests and bookings. You can arrange an appointment through Bokko's online booking page or by phone. Online appointment requests are made not on this website but on the Bokko booking page.

As far as booking data is concerned, the data controller is Csobán János Zoltán (sole proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó)), and Bokko acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

When a booking is made, the data you actually provide for the booking is processed in Bokko's system. Providing a phone number and a comment is optional.

The purpose of the processing is to record, manage and confirm your appointment request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR— steps taken prior to entering into a contract, and the performance of the contract.

We, as the data controller, determine the retention period of booking data: 60 months from the time of the booking. The purpose of this is to serve returning guests and to keep track of previous bookings. As a data processor, Bokko carries out the retention and deletion rules that have been configured — it does not set the period itself.

The details of booking-related data processing — including this retention period and how you can exercise your rights — are also set out in our own privacy notice published on the booking page, at the point where you provide your data.

The booking page is available at: https://booking.bokko.app/hu/sziluett-alakmuhely

Data collected during treatments

We do not record or store any health data in connection with treatments: there is no client file, treatment record or health questionnaire. If, before a treatment, we talk through whether a given technology is suitable for you, we do not record the information shared in that conversation.

Cookies and measurement

The website currently does not use visitor analytics and does not set analytics or marketing cookies. If this changes, we will update this notice before any processing begins and, where required, ask for your prior consent.

The website remembers the language you have chosen in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key: sziluett-lang). This is used solely to remember your language setting; it contains no personal data, is not sent to our server, is not a cookie, and is not passed on to any third party. Automatic language detection reads your browser's language setting (navigator.languages) on your own device; this information does not leave your device.

Data processors

Hosting provider: Cloudflare Pages — Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States of America. The website consists of static files; during delivery the hosting provider processes the usual server logs, and we ourselves do not collect data about visitors. The provider is a company based in the United States and delivers the website through a global network, so data is also transferred outside the European Economic Area during delivery; for this, the provider relies on the standard contractual clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.

Booking system: Bokko operates the booking page and acts as a data processor. It is operated by Mácsik Dávid (private individual; 7100 Szekszárd, Fürdőház utca 1.; support@bokko.app).

The data processing agreement came into being when the service terms were accepted. Bokko may use further processors for the processing, and for some providers data may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area — for this, Bokko relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCC) and, where applicable, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The current, detailed list of processors and data transfers can be found in the Bokko privacy policy.

Your rights

  • You can ask for information about what personal data of yours we process (Article 15).
  • You can ask for inaccurate data to be rectified (Article 16).
  • You can ask for your data to be erased (Article 17).
  • You can ask for the processing to be restricted (Article 18).
  • You can ask for your data to be provided in a portable format (Article 20).
  • You can object to the processing (Article 21).

Not all of these rights can be exercised in every case: erasure, objection and data portability depend on the legal basis and circumstances of the processing in question. Where the law obliges us to keep data, we cannot erase it for as long as that obligation applies. We will always give you a substantive reply to your request, and if a right cannot be exercised in your case, we will explain why.

You can submit your request using the contact details above. If you believe the processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság), or take the matter to court.
